BPS: Notice of cancellation of auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the cancellation of selling shares in blocks of SCIC in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company (BPS). Until 16:00 on April 06, 2023 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction to buy shares in blocks of SCIC in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company (BPS). Therefore, based on Article 14 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of SCIC in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company (BPS) with Decision No. 138/QĐ-SGDHCM dated March 24, 2023 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
