SZC: Agreement with D2D

On April 14, 2023, the BOD of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the policy of the signing and draft on business investment cooperation contract with Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (D2D). Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
