NVT: Overcome the status of controlled securities

On April 14, 2023, Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Ninh Van Bay) announced the measures to overcome the status of controlled securities as follows:

1)      Prioritize the development and promotion of target customer segments;

2)      Actively promote the image and raise the brand awareness of Ninh Van Bay;

3)      Effectively manage and monitor the company’s expenses;

4)       Invest, amend and improve the infrastructure to increase the value of service;

5)      Conduct the suitable marketing strategy to approach customers; increase sales and business efficiency.
