SMB: Resolution on the AGM 2023

 On April 14, 2023, Sai Gon - Mien Trung Beer Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)     The AGM approved the business result in 2022

-        Total revenue:          190.34 billion dongs

-        Profit before tax:     1380 billion dongs

2)     The AGM approved the reports of the BOD activities in 2022 for the term 2018-2023, plan for 2023.

3)     The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board activities in 2022 for the term 2018-2023, plan for 2023.

4)     The AGM approved the audit financial statement in 2022.

5)     The AGM approved the 2022 profit allocation plan:

6)      The AGM approved the business plan and profit allocation in 2023.

1. Business plan in 2023:

-        Total revenue: 1,488.85 billion dongs

-        Profit before tax: 90.00 billion dongs

1. Profit allocation plan in 2023:

7)     The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

8)     The AGM approved the selection of an independent auditor to conduct the audit on SHB's 2023 financial statement.

9)     The AGM approved the transactions with related parties in 2023.

10)  The AGM approved the election result for member of the BOD, the Supervisory Board for the term IV (2023-2028).
