NBB: The first annual general meeting of 2022 is unsuccessful

On April 25, 2023, 577 Investment Corporation announces that there were less than 50% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on March 30, 2023. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2022 on April 25, 2023 was not eligible to proceed. Accordingly, the second Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2022 will be noticed later.
