PDR: Explanation for the separate profit after tax in 2022

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has explained the profit after tax in 2022 according to the audited separate financial statements as follows:

1. The profit after tax in 2022 decreases compared to 2021:

-          Profit after tax in 2022: 1,199,312,954,720 dongs

-          Profit after tax in 2021: 1,881,021,048,229 dongs.

The main reasons affecting profit fluctuations in 2022:

+ The general difficult situation of the whole market, especially the real estate industry, so business investment in real estate projects is unfavorable.

+ The Company's investment portfolio restructuring strategy.

Therefore, the Company’s profit after tax in 2022 decreased by 36.2%, equivalent to VND681,708,093,509 dongs compared to 2021.
