On March 28, 2023, Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows:

-   Record date: April 18, 2023

1)      Reason & purpose:

-   To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023

-   To pay the 2022 cash dividend.

2)      Contents:

a)      To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Time: May 27, 2023
• Venue: Minh Hai Guest House, 1 Tran Hung Dao, ward 5, Ca Mau city.

b)      To pay the 2022 cash dividend:

• Exercise ratio: 5%/share (500 dong/share)
• Payment time: April 24, 2023.
• Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.

            + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Camau Trading Joint Stock Company on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
