On April 11, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.170/QĐ-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (HAI):

-          Par value                                 : 10,000 dongs/share

-          Delisting volume                     : 182,682,799 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND1,826,827,990,000

-          Effective delisting date           : April 18, 2023

-          Last trading date                     : September 08, 2022

-          Reason: The Company seriously violated information disclosure and other cases. The Hochiminh Stock Exchange and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam realize that that it is necessary to delist in order to protect investors' interests. This is the case of securities being delisted under the rule under Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 under Decree 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020.
