-          Effective delisting date           : May 08, 2023

-          Reason: The Company has been lost for 03 consecutive years 2020, 2021 and 2022 according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2020, 2021 and 2023. This is the case of securities being delisted under the rule under Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 under Decree 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020.
