EVF: Plan for increasing charter capital The Board resolution dated April 12, 2023, the BOD of EVN Finance Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving to implement the plan to issue shares for increasing charter capital:
- Stock name: EVN Finance Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: EVF
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Estimated offering volume: 351,064,031 shares
- Total value of issuance (at par value): VND3,510,640,310,000
- Offering price: VND11,000/share
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those own who 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
- The rights should be transferred only once.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares: These shares (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 2/2023 or Quarter 3/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
2) Approving the plan for using capital from the public offering:
Total proceeds are expected to be VND3,861,704,341,000, which will be used to grant credit to corporate customers, individual customers, etc. HOSE
