EIB: Increasing charter capital

On April 10, 2023, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the increase of its charter capital as follows:

-          Formerly registered charter capital: VND12,355,229,040,000

-          Newly registered charter capital: VND14,814,048,590,000

-          Reason for capital increase: to issue additional shares for dividend payment.
