The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of City Auto Corporation approved the following issues:

1. To cancel the time to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 22, 2023 and the record date of March 27, 2023.
2.  To extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 on May 2023. The details will be informed later. Accordingly, the record date is May 04, 2023.
