TYA: Signing authorization agreements with related company

The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company (TYA) approved to sign the authorization agreements to use UL certificate and trademark with Ta Ya Electric Wire and Cable Co,Ltd (related company to TYA).
