  On April 20, 2023, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company announces the measures and schedule to overcome the status of securities being put under warning, trading restriction with details as follows:

1)      Measures:

2. Strengthen the market research activities.
3. Improve to discover new product sources refer to the current consumer trends.
4. Control strictly the expense, effectively use resources, promote the investment expansion and the development of new business locations.

• Consolidated profit after tax: 38,6 billion dongs.
