SGT: Overcome the status of securities being put under warning

  On April 19, 2023, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) announced the solution to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1)         Organize and appoint human resources for the information disclosure regarding to the current law.

2)         Maintain the consultant contract with FPT Securities Joint Stock Company.

3)         Implement the training and policy to enhance the responsibilities of each department and individual for information disclosure.

4)         Daily update the promulgated documents.

5)         Maintain the information disclosure on time regarding to the current regulation for the information related to the public offering, the resignation of the BOD, the change of listed securities, the stock transaction of insiders, the project approvals, the increase of charter capital and the adjustment of company charter and holding of the Annual General Meeting 2023.
