  On February 28, 2023, the BOD of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-          Record date: March 20, 2023

-          Meeting time: expected from April 20, 2023 to April 26, 2023
