The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, the BOD of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following contents:

1. Approving the time to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: March 23, 2023

-          Meeting time: April 26, 2023

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

2. Approving the second cash dividend payment for 2022:

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/share (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: expected on April 21, 2023.
