HVX: Signing an agreement with related party

The Board resolution dated March 21, 2023, the Board of Directors approved to sign an agreement between Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company and Vicem Energy and Environment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% total assets in the Company’s latest financial statements.
