TPC: BOD resolution dated March 20, 2023

  The Board resolution dated March 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2022: 1,400,000,000 dongs.
2. Approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
3. Approved the Resignation Letter of member of the Supervisory Board – Mrs. Dao Thanh Tuyen.
4. Approved the additional election of member of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Nguyen Khanh Luan.
5. Approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:
