HAS: Record date for holding AGM & dividend payment On March 16, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.556/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of HACISCO Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: March 29, 2023
- Record date: March 30, 2023
1) Reason and purpose:
- To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder for the fiscal year 2022;
- To pay second cash dividend for 2021.
2) Content:
a) To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder for the fiscal year 2022:
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Estimated time: from April 24, 2023 to April 27, 2023
