DQC: BOD resolution dated March 28, 2023

  The Board resolution dated March 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Le as person on charge of the Internal Audit Department.

2)      Approving to promulgate the Internal Audit Regulation.

3)      Approving to change of company name:

-          Old company name: Dien Quang Electronic Limited Company

-          Old short name: DQE

-          New company name: Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.

4)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Vinh as Director at Pha Lai Enterprise - Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Tran Thi Trang as Director cum the legal representative at Pha Lai Enterprise - Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.
