CMV: BOD resolution dated March 27, 2023

The Board resolution dated March 27, 2023, the BOD of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the business result in 2022:

-          Revenue:               4,524,481 million dongs

-          Profit before tax:   31,478 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:      23,975 million dongs

-          Dividend:              10%.

2. Approved the 2022 dividend advance:

-          Record date:          April 18, 2023

-          Exercise ratio:       5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Estimated payment time:  April 24, 2023

3. Approved the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023.
4. Approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:
