THG: BOD resolution on holding AGM and dividend payment

On February 23, 2023, Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a record date for the 2023 Annual General Meeting for Stakeholders and the second stock dividend payment as follows:

1. To pay the first cash dividend payment for 2022

−       Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

−       Payment date: April 12, 2023 

2. To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

−       Record date: March 17, 2023.

−       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

−       Meeting time: April 21, 2023
