On February 23, 2023, Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. To pay the first cash dividend for 2022:

-        Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000 VND/share)

-        Payment date: March 24, 2023 

2. To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
