On February 13, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No. 137/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company as follows:

-   Ex-right date: February 21, 2023

-   Record date: February 22, 2023

1. Reason & purpose:

-   To hold the Annual General Meeting 2023.

-   To pay the 3^rd cash dividend for 2021.

2. Content:

a. To hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:

-   Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-   Meeting time: Notice later

-   Meeting venue: Notice later

b. To pay the 3^rd cash dividend for 2021:

-   Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (600 dong/share)

-   Payment time: March 15, 2023.

-   Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.

            + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company head office on working days.
