• Approved the business result in 2022 and the business plan in 2023
• Approved the report of BOD, members of BOD and the Supervisory Board
• Approved of the audited financial statement 2022;
• Approved of the plan of profit distribution and dividend payment in 2022;
• Approved the report of the salary of BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2023 and the salary plan of BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2023
