LPB: Record date for Annual General Meeting 2023

On February 14, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.148/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (stock code: LPB) as follows:

-       Ex-right date: February 22, 2023 

-       Record date: February 23, 2023                    

-       Purpose: to organize the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to implement rights for nomination and candidate to elect member of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board in the term 2023-2028.

1. To implement rights for nomination and candidate to elect member of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board in the term 2023-2028: will be notice later.
2. To organize the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Meeting date: expected in April 2023

-       Meeting venue: expected in Ha Noi city.
