CTS: Resolution for holding AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated February 07, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-   Record date: February 27, 2023

-   Meeting time: expected on March 27, 2023

-   Meeting venue: expected in Melia Ha Noi Hotel, 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi.

-   Content:

• Approved the business result in 2022 and the business orientation in 2023;
• Approved the audited financial statements in 2022;
• Approved the profit-sharing plan in 2022;
• Approved the business, profit and dividend plan in 2023;
• Approved the plan for choosing the new audit firm in 2023;
• Approved the plan for salary, allowance, bonus and budget for Supervisory Board in 2023;
