SFC: Resolution on the AGM FY 2022 On December 15, 2022, Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company announces the Annual General Meeting 2022 as follows:
1. Approving the report on the business result in 2022.
2. Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.
5. Approving the report on the profit distribution in 2022:
- Profit before tax: 25,530,499,223 dongs
- Profit after tax: 20,271,005,204 dongs
- Remaining undistributed profit of previous years: 238,006,950 dongs
- Dividend 2022 (16%): 17,975,710,400 dongs
- Funds: 2,027,100,520 dongs
- Remaining undistributed profit: 506,201,234 dongs
6. Approving the business plan in the fiscal year 2023:
- Profit before tax: 27,835,000,000 dongs
- Dividend: min 12%/charter capital in cash
- Remuneration of BOD: 903,600,000 dongs
- Activity expenses fund and bonus to the BOD: 1% of profit after tax if the company exceeds the business plan 2023 and 3% of profit after tax exceeds the plan for 2023.
7. Approving the selection of AFC Vietnam Auditing Com Ltd for the financial statements in the fiscal year 2022.
8. Approving the signing of purchase of petroleum in 2023 contract with STS Maritime Service and Petroleum Joint Stock Company and Saigon Petro Com Ltd.
9. Approving to amend the Articles of Association.
10. Approving to solve 1A Pham Ngo Thach, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCM city project.
11. Approving to elect members of the BOD in the term VI (2023-2027):
- Vu Hung;
- Le Trong Hieu;
- Phan Ngoc Hung;
- Trinh Ba Ho;
