The BOD of Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation approved a stock issuance to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1. Stock name: Stock of Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation
2. Stock type: common share
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Expected issue volume: 505,000 shares
5. Total issue value: VND5,050,000,000.
6. Issue ratio: 0.5%
7. Issue price: VND25,000/share
8. Regulation on transfer: 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering and 50% of issue volume will be restricted in 02 years from the ending date of the offering
9. Implement time: from December 2022 to Quarter I/2023.
