HAX: Capital contribution in Mitaco

The Board resolution dated December 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved the plan to invest capital in West Transprovincial Bus and Service Joint Stock Company (Mitaco) with the maximum investment value of VND100 billion, equivalent to 60% total shares and the maximum purchase price of VND30,000/share.
