Purpose                                   for the payment for the first phase of 2022 dividend in cash

Dividend pay-out ratio:           40%/ par value (VND4,000/ share)

Payment date:                          

-          Phase 1: 20% on February 16, 2023  

-          Phase 2: 20% on May 16, 2023
