LSS: The record date for the dividend payment

On December 01, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.2151/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: LSS) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 08, 2022

-          Record date: December 09, 2022

1. Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021;
2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:6.5

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 6.5 new shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 4,550,000 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation.
