CTS: Approving the transaction with related party

On December 01, 2022, Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company issued the Board Resolution regarding the transaction with related party. Accordingly, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the signing of VBI Care Health Insurance Contract with VietinBank Insurance Corporation – VietinBank Dong Do Insurance Company from 12/01/2022 to 11/30/2023.
