1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Quang Hai as Chairman of BOD for the term 2021-2026.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Vu Thi Tuyet Mai as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Authorized person to disclose information and Person in charge of Corporate Governance.
