CTG: Approved agreements with Vietinbank Securities

On December 21, 2022, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade issued the Board Resolution. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved agreements for consulting on the dossier of registration for the bond offering, payment and registration agent and listing bond consultancy in the public offering in 2022 between VietinBank and Vietinbank Securities – CTS (CTS is a subsidiary of VietinBank).
