SZL: Signing an agreement with related person

On December 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the signing of addendum agreements between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Security Services Company Limited (the related person: Mr. Le Xuan Sam, Deputy CEO of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company). The agreement value will be less than 10% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
