The Board resolution dated December 01, 2022, the BOD of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company approved a withdrawal of capital in Truong Son Co., ltd:

-          To invest in Truong Son Co., ltd: VND10,500,000,000

-          CRC hold 26.25% charter capital in Truong Son Co., ltd.

-          Implement time: in Quarter IV/2022.
