MSB: Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP

  The Board resolution dated December 01, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-          Total distributed shares: 14,250,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares expected to be issued

-          Number of distributed employees: 16 persons

-          Total shares after the issuance: 2,000,000,000 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 2,000,000,000 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.
