HAH: Amending the company charter

The Board resolution dated November 08, 2022, the BOD of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the registration to increase its charter capital from VND682,958,170,000 to VND703,446,670,000 after the ending of stock issuance under ESOP.
2. Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
