AMD: Receiving the transfer of shares in Fam

The Board resolution dated November 28, 2019, the BOD of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares in Fam Agriculture Products Import-Export and Production Joint Stock Company (Fam) from Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company. -          Transfer volume: 4,000,000 shares

-          Transfer price: VND52,500/share

-          Total value: VND210,000,000,000 (accounting for 13.13% charter capital of Fam)

-          Transfer time: November 28, 2019

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong as Representative of contributed capital of AMD in Fam.
