- Profit before tax: 191 billion dongs, reached 59% plan (325.7 billion dongs), estimated performance of the whole: 285 billion dongs, reached 87.5%.
2. Approved the business result until 10/31/2022 and the estimated business performance in 2022 of subsidiaries:
a. Dong Phu Krate Rubber Joint Stock Company:
- Profit before tax: 37.5 billion dongs, reached 71% plan (53 billion dongs), estimated performance of the whole: 44 billion dongs, reached 83%.
b. Bac Dong Phu Industrial zone Joint Stock Company:
- Profit before tax: 39.5 billion dongs, reached 98% plan (40 billion dongs), estimated performance of the whole: 52.6 billion dongs, reached 131%.
c. Dong Phu Dak Nong Rubber Joint Stock Company:
- Profit before tax: 3.5 billion dongs, reached 55.8% plan (6.3 billion dongs), estimated performance of the whole: 05 billion dongs, reached 80%.
3. Approved the remaining cash dividend payment for 2021:
