CKG: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated November 07, 2022, the BOD of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved the following contents:

1. Approving the registration to increase its charter capital from VND865,997,810,000 to VND952,593,610,000 after the ending of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment.
2. Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
