BKG: Registering trading for the additional issuance shares

The Board resolution dated November 23, 2022, the BOD of BKG VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company approved the registration for trading date of the additional shares from the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020 and 2021 at the Hochiminh Stock Exchnage (HOSE). Details are as follows:

-          Additional volume: 6,199,983 shares

-          Total additional value (at par value): VND61,999,830,000

-          Effective date of the listing change: November 23, 2022

-          Official trading date: December 08, 2022

-          Reason for change:  stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020 and 2021.
