TV2: BoD approves to issue shares to raise capital and dividend payment On November 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the result of issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity and dividend payment:
1. The result of issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:
- Exercise ratio: 30%/charter capital
- Estimated issue volume: 13,505,442 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 13,505,442 shares
- Number of distributed shareholders: 3,569 shareholders.
2. The result of issuing shares to the 2021 dividend payment:
- Exercise ratio: 20%/charter capital
- Estimated issue volume: 9,003,628 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 9,003,627 shares
- Number of distributed shareholders: 3,569 shareholders.
3. Approving to increase charter capital from VND450,181,410,000 to VND675,261,650,000.
