TTE: Resolution on record date for issue to increase the equity

The BOD of Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company approved the record date for issue to increase the equity:    

-   Exercise ratio: 100:99.36

The one who owns 100 rights at the record date will receive 99.36 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 28,309600 shares.

-   Selling price: VND10,000/share

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be distributed to other investors.
