The Board resolution dated September 27, 2022, the BOD of Chuong Duong Corporation approved the capital contribution to establish Phu Cuong Investment Company Limited to implement the Dong Cau Huong An residential area. Details are as follows:

-          Charter capital: 85,000,000,000 dongs; Of which:

+ Phu Huong Company Limited: 50,000,000,0000, accounting for 59% charter capital;

+ Chuong Duong Corporation: 35,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 41% charter capital.
