On September 23, the Board of Directors of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved to replace the plan for purchasing the vessel A Roku, built in Japan in 2008, from the vessel owner Mingsheng Logistics Co., Ltd with the plan for purchasing the vessel A Kibo, built in Japan in 2008, from the vessel owner Sintn Shipping Pte. Ltd.
