The Board resolution dated September 30, 2022, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the extension of the time to transfer shares in Hoang Gia Energy Service Trading Company Limited. The implementation progress will be expected in Quarter 4/2022.
