  The Board resolution dated September 29, 2022, the BOD of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the signing of share transfer contract in Ocean Vung Tau Entertainment Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Owning volume: 20,500,000 shares

-          Transfer volume: 11,404,407 shares.
